You shouldn't have to suffer to eat healthy, we wanted to bring fun, enjoyable and pleasurable food that is also good for your health and gut. All the food we make is whole real foods and everything is organic, gluten free, dairy free, soy, corn, refined sugar and egg free. Everything is made in house, including all of our sauces. You will find no cans in our kitchen. We love food, we're definitely the live to eat people. And we believe food should be enjoyable and should make you feel good, we want to bring the passion we have for food to you.
Why are we a healhty choice?
We've done our research so everything we serve has been sourced for the highest quality possible. We use whole foods, so everything in the kitchen is broken down from whole foods. We're picky about our organic, we use true organic products. Everything is gluten free, wheat is no where in our kitchen and never will be. No dairy, corn, soy, refined sugar or egg, these products have been altered in the US in such a way that they have very little nutritional value left. We use alkaline forming foods and only structured water. We provide high energy foods by using specific ingredients due to naturally occurring enzymes that improve digestion, bioavailability, and bio-absorption.
A bit more about us....
Long long ago in a faraway place called Alameda, California Kirstin and Dan were living their gluten-filled lives eating cakes, breads and pastas without a care in the world. Kirstin thought that taking naps after eating was normal and that brain fog in the afternoon was just part of being an adult. Then Kirstin started feeling ill, every day she’d wake up feeling sick. This lasted for two weeks and then she mentioned it to her amazing chiropractor which is when she found out she had leaky gut. Leaky gut is more common than you'd think but wasn't talked about, especially then. After a grueling eight week elimination diet that Dan chose to do with her they both discovered that gluten was the culprit of a lot of ailments. Being two people that enjoy a wide range of foods and having limited gluten free options inspired Dan to create amazing gluten free recipes. As time went on with their new self-awareness of their bodies, they started to see other foods that bothered them and took those out too. With that knowlege Dan created more recipes and has refined them. Dan has done years of research on food to find the best optimum food for us and now he’s sharing it with you
